Filter question

I have recently started a small 4 gal dwarf tank. It is by marineland.my question is,I have a 110 penguin on it.. I of course turn off to feed. But they dont seem to move much when the filter is running. Is that to much flow for them?

What kind of fish do you have?

It might be too much flow. Can you post some pics of them? Do they look like they are holding on for dear life when they are hitched?
