Being my filter is built into my tank what are my options as strong as a lil more filtration? I don't feel like it is strong enough. Jbl 28 gal nano. I am in Dayton Ohio area so if anyone is local please reach out. Only been into salt water 1 yr. I need help.

You could try a HOB Refugium, or canister filter. I think there is even a little uv sterilizer out there
