77269284-22D8-4A14-8509-943FAEAC2FAE.png I have been meaning to start my tank build thread and I keep putting it off. No more here is some pics when I first set it up. I was thinking my tank was about four months old but when I got to looking at my pics I realized it is only 3 months old. I bought a Waterbox 100 at aquashella in Dallas in April. I was able to purchase both AI hydra 26’s two Nero 5’s and the vectors S1 as a package deal. A week after purchase I got it wet.

Nice. It's always great when the rock comes out of the barrel. Your rockwork will look nice with coral growing on it. Can't wait to see this progress!

I cycled the tank with micro bactor 7 and also purchased a brightwell bio brick for more surface area for bacteria. I dosed dr. Tim’s ammonia in a bottle and waited for the tank to cycle. 4 weeks later I was ready to start stocking my tank I added 3 green Cromis to start then bought a royal gramma. 2 weeks later cleaner shrimp and I got crazy and purchase a coral beauty. “Impulsive buy” as I knew my tank was going to be filled with corals. But so far he is doing fine. After this I added small clean up crew 5 turbo snails 10 hermit crabs.

Thanks krisreef the rock work came out better than what I though. I wanted to do something different than my last few tanks where I just threw the rock in. Lol

Nice start....the bleacher effect is going to look awesome with corals grown out.
Thanks CDavmd this is my biggest tank so far had 3 others before this all were 30 gallons or smaller so I’m still nervous every time I add something or change something. Just reading a lot on R2R and seeing what others are doing.
