Just noticed this.... fin rot... in to a hospital tank .... by himself... what to dose?
The water in my QT tank is ok.... or i thought it was... I did g=big water changes last night, again today and every second day moving forward....

Ammonia is ok... tested for nothing else?

what to dose?

Is Copper rooting these fish... seem to be very hard on them?

Copper generally does not and its the pectoral fins only that are showing and is likely bacterial issue causing this and often stems from water quality issue such as elevated ammonia and nitrate.
You can safely add seachem kanaplex which is braod spectrum and treats an array of bacterial issues.
Assure water quality is good.
How are you testing?

It has been bullied.... saw my Brown Tang trying to bite the fin...
He is in a bucket at the moment, I pick up another tank tomorrow.
Then he will be in a hospital tank for recovery.

Almost always, "fin rot" starts with some aggression like that. I read it was "by itself" in your first post and I was really puzzled, but now I understand.

As @vetteguy53081 said, antibiotics can be used for secondary bacterial infections, but be sure to keep the water in good shape, that will help a lot as well.

Thanks Jay - you have no idea how close I got to putting all the fish back in my DT... obviously way to soon for certain failure, after only 2 weeks Fallow...

BUT - no I am staying the course - I have made up 600l of salt water outside my window.
I need to make it to 76days... and black molly my DT.

It was very close lol.... I thought bugger this, just act as if I have done the 76 and it failed.
But I have an empty DT - very stupid not to try and get rid of ICH.

Tang is happy in bucket at the moment... another QT tank to set up...

Update..... incredibly - nearly healed in another QT tank... no copper in this one with the clowns...
Going to put a black molly in this tank to see if ICH has gone... so i do not need more copper...

They were only in Copper 2 weeks or so... all looking good...
But if needed will start copper again..

sound like a plan?
