Looks more like aggression or an injury causing a tear but something a clown or other goby would do

I have two clowns and a diamond watchman goby! Is this going to become a problem or is it more of a one off?

You just need to monitor the damage - there is no way to tell in advance if the aggression will get worse, level off, or get better. Sometimes, in small tanks, a tank divider can help.

Set your cell phone on video mode for about 40 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see who it may be and you will then have to isolate the aggressor or make a decision who should go
