Full tank shot and then her contemplating the miseries of life XD still looking for a fish or two to try and maybe some snails/hermits once it grows a bit of algae. It’s a mix of sand and rock from my previously running tanks so it was all mostly already live. Running the aquaclear 70 with its sponge and carbon just for water movement and surface agitation. Think I might use a 10 gallon led on one side so she has a choice. Yes she is a she, my first I think! My previous peacocks have all been males.

Mantis Shrimp are so cool. If it wouldnt be such an issue and cost to be able to feed it natural foods, I would have one.

They’re not too bad, especially with a small one. I feed mine pretty much the same stuff I’d feed a triggerfish, plus I have a bunch of hermit crabs roaming around like little buffets on legs just in case.
