I feel like overnight, I've started an algea bloom. Hoping this is normal, nothing to be worried about kind of algea. Not sure why the uv scrubber isn't lessoning it.

These areas with a lot of new algea were previously newly exposed rocks so that differences noticeable. This little piece of acro that had white tips is getting algea growth

maybe try backing down lights?? phos remover, but don't bottom out..
I have been feeding Heavily recently to help curb tank aggression because I've been adding 2 fish every 3 days from the old system to the new one. I'll cut the light cycle an hour and see if that helps.

Just got the skimmer placed today at an appropriate height to actual work.

I did some more things today. Removed the rock below the rock that the Big nem is anchored to as she was opening up during the day and covering up half a dozen Earllits and some zoas. They were all feeling her pain so they came off the rock and onto the @Fishy65 inspired frag rack.

Also pulled the baby earl off of a rock on the left side where they were overgrowing the bleached out monty.

Sharp tools make work easy

I cut the sinularia in half as on side just layed in the sand based on how the block was attached below is. The tank feels a lot emptier.

We've also seen a metric crap ton of blue starfish size of a penny and down in the last 2 or 3 days. I'm wondering if the lobster plus six shrimp that were in here previously I had been feasting on those guys.

Should the skeleton point straight down?

Do they like it in sand? Should the skeleton be partially buried?
Tenticles pointing up not laid on sand if possible.
