Hi everyone. Although this will be more of a remediation of current factors and livestock stocking rather than a build up from scratch, I'm still going to drop this here.

Some number of years ago, a good friend of mine bought this as well as 80-100 lb of live rock. Fast forward in his passion waned to the point that the tank's been sitting mostly forgotten about for at least a year.

He recently had to move and with nowhere to place the tank I was offered to take it over and jumped on the opportunity.

This is my first foray into saltwater keeping, I'm going to be posting updates here as well as questions to the group to help me get this thing back into shape.
Welcome to the group! First thing I will check if any from previous owner is the water, the quality and numbers as this is very important before u add anything on it check the water and do a partial change so you will be walking into the right direction to start, you will find good recomendaciones from good experts here, good luck with the reefing world is so entertaining and rewarding

Hi Marie, Thanks for stopping by my build.

The tanks come a long way in a short amount of time and in full thanks to great people here sharing their wealth of hard learned knowledge. Recent FTS.

I love mushroom gardens. I know there's all these rules about who can go with who. I let them tell me if there's a problem. I've got a bunch of discos touching rhodis and rics with no issue
