So does that mean we still have a chance to win

We will PM the first and second prize winners now to see if they respond. If we don't hear anything back soon (like next week), we'll check with revhtree to see how he wants to approach things. We're OK with selecting alternative winners as these items have already been allocated for R2R members, we just don't want to step on toes since having a good relationship with members and admins here is of utmost importance to us.

That all said, we certainly appreciate everyone's interest and just want you to know that we're already working on another R2R giveaway. Hopefully we can get it live in a week or so. We'll make sure to institute a time limit to claim your prize next go'round so that we don't encounter this again.

Typical R2R contests give a 3 day claiming period just so people don't let it drag out. Plus it gets very hard to manage contests if they never end, so the prizes still end up in an active member's hands and those running the contests can move on to focus on the next month's contest. I see no reason why you couldn't follow the same method if you like.

To handle this one, put up a post saying the winners have x amount of time to claim the prizes before another winner is drawn. If they don't claim it, move on to different names, but in the next winner list, post they have x amount of time to claim.

Thank you for the recommendations, cdness. We just PM'd the 2 members who won but haven't yet claimed their prizes. We'll keep everyone posted...
