Fire Goby belly help

Hi all, just noticed my fire goby’s belly is distended. Not sure if it’s a parasite?

Two common causes of swelling abdomens; eggs and overeating both create a larger area of swelling, not focused in one small area like this.
Unlikely to be a parasite, at least not a tapeworm. Any idea how long it’s been like this?

I just noticed it today! I’ll monitor and see. It’s being harassed by a wrasse right now so maybe stress?

Unlikely to be just stress, no sign of a bite mark?

If its female, might be eggs. Or maybe you have over fed a bit. try lowering the food amount, and watch from a distance to make sure no aggression happens

So just an update the goby didn’t make it
They were being harassed by the fairy wrasse and kept on going to the pistol shrimps lair. So not sure if the shrimp or the wrasse killed it
