Fire shrimp missing tail...attacked?

Hello,
Just saw my fire shrimp clinging to my anemone box in the top end of tank. It's missing Its tail. Only thing I can think of is my female clownfish attacked it. The fire shrimp hangouts upside down in the section of rock where my clownfish pair have now started digging in sand. What else could have caused this if not the clownfish? Tank is 26gal and stocked with tuxedo urchin, clownfish pair, tailspot blenny, royal gramma, various snails, and a few small hermit crabs. Is it possible bristle worms could have done this? Will its tail recover?

They are vulnerable to attack when molting. If there is a suspect - would be the clown
