Hi,

I got a Firefish Goby on my way home today for $39. It seemed a bit expensive but he says he doesn’t sell anything from the Philippians. Online prices seem to be in the $10 to $15 range. There is not a lfs near where I live so this is the first store I’ve ever been to. Is this normal pricing for lfs? Thanks!

That’s not normal pricing unless it’s not the regular red firefish

They usually sell for around $15-$20 for the normal red fire fish and around $40 for the purple fire fish. I guess it also depends on where in the world your located and if there are many other fish stores in the area.

First thing I ask when going in LFS, is ask, if they match Internet prices, if no, see you.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Since I was only passing through, I’ll probably not be go back to that shop in the future. It was just the normal red firefish.
