Fireworms?

Need an ID and some info.

Are these fireworms or some type of starfish? Bad or good? They come out when pump is off and I'm cleaning. Bought the tank from someone and it came with them.

Also fighting aptasia in this tank. Any suggestions? 20g AIO.

Look like bristle worms. Good cuc members IMO tho some people are freaked out by their appearance. Best to wear gloves if your going to be moving rocks around.
