Hello everyone! I finally bought a couple of zoas and one disco frag to put in my tank. These are my first ever corals. I dipped them and drip acclimated them the way I read in here and I have placed them in a low flow area on the bottom of my aquarium.

Some polyps do not open completely, they've been in the tank for about 5 hours now. They glow like crazy, and look great.
I have 2 lumini pixie 150 as lights and I have set them for 2 hours on blue 20% and violet 20% , the whites are 0. Is this too much or is it okay for acclimation? When should I increase duration or lighting or move them higher?
Thanks in advance.

Hard to say on the lighting, I am not sure on the output of a lumini pixie 150. Do you have a full tank photo? Are your lights only on for 2 hours total per day at the current setting?

Congratulations!!!!

I would put them where you want and start out at 40%. Don't worry about them opening, sometimes it takes a day or two.

Okay I put them were I want them to grow. It's less than 5cm from the bottom of the tank anyway. I will post full tank photos and the positioning of the frags.
I set the flow of the wavemakers at 67% and i will gradually increase them back to 80% in the next couple of weeks. The wavemakees are jebao alw20 if it matters.

As far as the lighting goes, I think these go by 20% increments, I will post the controller Pic as well
From top to bottom is
Blue
Some kind of white-ish
Violet
White

And I pressed once for blue and once for violet. And yes 2h only, should I increase duration?
My green zoas are pretty open, but my orange oxide ones are more shy. The disco seems to be okay

Thanks for the help everyone! This tank is a dream come true for me
