The mouth is the first sign of stress from what i have found. I try to watch the mouth and color. Sorry i cant be more helpful, but this is what i was told as the most important.

Your Anemone looks happy. You will notice when it looks bad. Deflation, Loss of color, mouth gaping, and just over all sick looking. What does this look like u see blue lights? Beauty in disguise?

It does look happy but its zooxanthellae are pretty sparse, thus the pale color. With decent light and some nutrients in the water, it should color up some, maybe a lot. Until then, I would make sure it gets fed once a week.

When my lights hit there night cycle ... not my best pic but it’s what I have on my phone at the moment

As fare as lights go in running an orbit marine ic LED which is run on my lid and I’m feeding it frozen mysis twice a week roughly a quarter cube .... any thoughts on my lights if they will be enough

I don't have any experience with that light. If you have a PAR meter or if you can borrow one from a friend or lfs, try for at least 150 PAR.

As far as food, I like to give my anemones raw shrimp (the grocery store kind), chopped into pieces no bigger than their mouths. Or, if you have clownfishes, you can give them food that's too big for them to swallow in one bite; they will try to escape from other fish back into their nem with it, and then the nem will often manage to grab some of it away from them. :)

Some clowns never seem to go to anemone. Some take more time. That's why I have clarkii. These crazy things would host my hand.

It's not so much that some clowns don't want an anemone host, it's just that many people don't give the type they want, so if it's a non natural match it may take longer for them to recognize it.

At what point should I worry if it stays light colored ?

If you give what it needs it will color up
