First attempt at a reef

right now this lobo brain that I inherited is my favorite. It was literally dying after I placed it on the sand bed as per much advice of low flow and low to moderate light. I threw it into higher light and very high flow and that thing puffs up and looks happier than ever. Totally opposite to what the advice has been on how to keep these.
