This is my very first aquascape done. How does it look? Any tips/advices or changes needed?

I would reconsider your mp40s placement cos your rock like that won’t get much circulation as the flow is directed at the front glass
Rock will collect crud and not get enough o2 to breathe and do its job

Besides putting the MP40s on the side glasses, where would you suggest placement for the MP40s along the back wall? Or only the sides would work?

The design looks really good! If you wanted to, Ryan from BRS has a nice video of how you can use BRS liquid super glue and some crushed up reef rock dust to cover up the glue/epoxy joints.
