So I finally decided to spend the money for what I understand to be a great product from what I read but a little pricey.
I ordered from BRS last week and just received a couple days ago. Last night like a kid with a new toy I wanted to start hooking this up. Imagine my disappointment when 5 minutes in I realize I did not get an Aquabus cable which is a required part to do anything at all.
I sent note to Neptune service and their response is asking me to send a picture of everything I received which makes no sense because there’s no cable. Send them a copy of my receipt and then they will get started on getting me a replacement. Of course it’s Thursday and I can’t get the pic until I get home from work tonight so at the earliest it will be tomorrow which means I will be waiting until sometime next week or later before I can begin to use my new $800.00 toy
This just sucks and is very disappointing.
