First timer need help

My cycling process is 1 week and i checked the water parameters for the first fime.
I need help to know if I'm making progress or its going wrong ty!

What products did you use to cycle?

The tank is likely cycled, but that is quick.

I just used small shrinp as ammonia source and Api quickstart as nitrifying bacteria. Ima give it another week before checking the parameters
