Got a gift card to my LFS
They also said they can get anything in, so if you have any recommendations, please share them. (Trying to make it an all “rare fish” tank.)

Tank is Red Sea 3XL 900 G2+, so 900 liters.
150lbs or rock, 300lbs of sand. Went overboard on filtration.
Already have
Threadfin snapper 8”
Zebra eel 30”
Emperor angel 5”
Bi color angel 3” (can move him out if too small)
Purple tang 4”
Polleni grouper 4
Blue throat trigger 5”
Magnificent foxface 6”

planning to ask them to order:
Coral cat shark
Blue dot ray
Achilles tang
Sapo puffer
Golden hawkfish
Aussie harlequin tusk

What size of each should I ask for?
How does the list look?
Any compatibility issues?

That Bicolor angelfish is going to be a nice snack for that grouper in the near future. For that reason (the grouper will eat almost anything it can fit inn its mouth) I wouldn't add any fish that will not get really big. The shark and ray would likely be ok, but I'm not sure how the others on the list will fare?

really? I thought bi colors get like 7”, and Polleni 8-9”? Also, my polleni has the temperament of a firefish…

Bi color is a Dwarf.
Might get to 4 inches. Maybe.
Pretty passive fish would definitely re home.

Sharks and ray will need Much more and plenty of room with fine sand. Achilles not a good mix with these fish . Sapo puffer gets large but a good fit and Harlequin tusk which I have is a great fish

If the polleni outgrows him by that much, I will, but they’re growing at the same rate rn, one of the main reasons I upgraded tanks was bullying from my bi color.
I have a 6 year old coral beauty that could take on everything in that tank so I understand lol.
Every fish is different.
Best of luck to you.
Agree with above post.
Tusk would be a great fit, never had any luck with Achilles.
