LRS Reef Frenzy and Herbivore frenzy are by far my favorites. That being said, I haven’t had much opportunity to try Rod’s foods. ;)

I have had good luck with both. It may be an issue of which is more convenient for you to get a hold of. I have two LFSs within 5 miles of my home that can get LRS fertility frenzy, whereas I would need to drive 45 minutes or more to get Rod's.

Asked my fish .... they don’t seem to care and will eat both with equivalent enthusiasm. Of course, they’ll pretty much eat anything. I tend to use Rods more because LRS is less conveniently available. FWIW though, the majority of what I feed is hikari, PE and various calanus brands ..... plus sheets and sheets of nori.

I’ve always used LRF. My LFS recommended it when I started out. My fish seem to love it

I alternate, but overall I feel lrs is better for larger fish, some of my smaller fish don’t take it well (even lrs nano) and Rods also has smaller items, like golden pearls, included for coral feeding.

Both are top notch and I have been buying lrs more for the bigger chunks for nem feeding, but I feel Rods targets more organisms.

Edit looks like rods no longer has golden pearls but baby brine which is probably better.

We sell all LRS products in the shop and my customers seem to love it
We feed a in house blend that we make to our fish in the shop and they eat it just as well but
If you have never made fish food omg the smell is horrible

I’ve tried both. I think the biggest difference is particle size. Rods was larger so smaller fish had a harder time finding food. They would spend most of their time wrestling with bigger pieces. The LRS, which I prefer has a nice variety so both larger and smaller get plenty of food.

I use LRS but have thought about adding Rods. Every time I pick up the package I wonder why it’s so red color and put it back. I’m sure the color is fine but it looks artificial
