I have some frozen expired brine shrimp is it bad if I keep feeding the fish the brine

Really need more info. Diets vary depending on the species of the fish.
What fish do you keep? Brine alone wouldn't suffice for any fish. Variation is important but again we'll need more details about your fish. Also expired by a day, a month a year?

I have 2 clowns and 2 Banggai cardinals and it expired 3 months ago

I wouldn’t eat expired frozen food, so I wouldn’t feed it to my fish. That’s just me.

I'd just get new food. Its probably fine if it's been frozen the entire time but for a few bucks loss, not worth the risk. And certainly mix in some variety.
