Fish for a frag tank

Hi all , I'm trying to get a unique fish but at the same time a fish that could help in the future with any algae that could come out , also would 2 harlequin shrimps will do ok in a frag tank , the tank it's the jbj 20 gal frag tank the dims are 24Lx20Dx9T and I'm mostly gonna put high end zoas and lps , thanks in Advance ...
