Fish health concern

I purchased a bristletooth tang last week and a couple days later I noticed two white raised marks between his eyes and the raised marks seem to be getting larger over the last week. I believe a small part of his tail is getting some discoloring too. Is this a health issue or something to be concerned with.

May just be him getting used to the tank. just banging himself on the rocks. I'd just watch him for the time being.
