Fish only tank parameters

ALOHA R2R,
Back again 4months in fish only tank…Wonder if i could swap everything in from previous tank to new tank, from a 20gal hang on protein skimmer/filter to a AIO fluval 13.5 tank. Whats the pros and cons… is it possible, do i need to cycle over agin,

Heres my current parameters..
Api test

Ammonia 0
PH 8.2
Nitrate 10
Nitrite 0
Phosphate 0.25

Salinity 1.024
Temperature

if the old tanks fully cycled just chuck in all the established media and rock in,
with the sand as its a fairly new tank i guess you could re use it but just make sure its detritus free. and no you dont need to cycle again if the rock is already established and you can transfer the water too.

Ah ok, would it matter if i use a different filteration setup in a new tank? Would i need to run it for a few hours before i add all my stocks in.. its only fish, no live corals
