Anyone have any fish that sleep funny?
I was looking at my tank last night and my scooter blenny was just floating around the tank all limp and it freaked me out! I thought he was dead. Then I tried to touch him and he woke up and swam away lol.

my hippo tang sleeps on its side. my black spotted puffer tucks himself between rocks. My goby sleeps under a rock in the sand. My wrasses sleep in the sand usually with their heads facing up

My valentini puffer sticks himself onto the rocks straight up and down. I always thought it was funny that my skunk shrimp do a little dance with their front arms when they sleep. My purple tang just sorta looks dazed and and floats around everywhere.

Good idea for a thread! It's always cool to observe fish at night. Here are some habits I have noticed:

From past aquariums:
Niger Triggerfish would sleep wedged in the rockwork
I think my Blue Hippo would sleep sideways sort of under a rock
My Sixline Wrasse would make a little mucus cocoon and sleep in the rocks

Currently in my 29g BioCube:
My Black Ice Clown likes to sleep right above my return at the top of the tank, and my Purple Firefish sleeps under a rock, never anywhere else. It's funny, once some of my Mexican Turbos/a Hermit were covering the opening and I was afraid he was trapped, but he got out just fine! :)
