I have an IM AIO 40 gallon. It’s a mixed reef going for just over a year. Current livestock is a couple shrimp, hermits, snails, pair of clowns, green mandarin, yashi goby with Randall pistol shrimp, and star blenny. I had a royal gramma that decided to jump out of the smallest hole in my lid and now is in fish heaven. It was the only fish my wife picked out and now she wants to pick out a new one. Could always replace with the same, but also looking for other “colorful” options that swim around a bit. Maybe a hawkfish because i love their personality. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. Trying to reduce the possibility of fighting in the tank.

Gramma loreto is not a bad option in this case with the current stocking. Alternative would be a possum wrasse :)
