Fish suggestions for a smaller system

Have a Tideline AIO 30 gallon lagoon set up as a nem/softy tank, current fish are a pair of clowns and a 6 line wrasse. Any recommendations on a new fish? Struggling to keep NO3 detectable without dosing, I’m just concerned about aggression from the clowns and 6 line. I’ve successfully added several peaceful fish into my 75 gallon after a tang and other more aggressive fish using an acrylic acclimation box and will do the same for a week or so to get everyone comfortable with each other…

Tailspot blenny or pink bar goby although you may not want a sand sifter in there with that many corals on the sand bed. If you font have any shrimp maybe a falco hawkfish

Blennies and gobies could work.

You could also just feed the corals.

I have a 20 gallon with 2 clowns, a royal gramma, a springers damsel, and a yellow watchman goby and have had no aggression issues (all fish have been together for over a year).

I think you might do well with a springer's damsel (I think there are a couple other less aggressive damsels that would work) if you want something else.

Red scooter! He died not too long ago, though he was eating frozen like a champ. Not sure if I want to go that route again…

That’s what I’m thinking. My red scooter was fine as a bottom dweller and didnt take any free swimming space. Think I’ll need to go the damsel route here as well.

Damsels are very aggressive. Gobies, blennies, and you can get a Mandarin Goby from BIOTA. They aquaculture all of their fish and train them to eat fish food.

A yellow watchman/pistol pair is on the list as well. But was hoping more for an open water swimmer. Concerned about the 6 line and current clowns tho.

A large shrimp goby like a big watchman or randalls shrimp goby with a hulking tiger pistol shrimp to throw right hooks at any jerks.

I wouldn't do an open swimmer with the sixline and clowns in that size tbh. Seems like you already got swimming fish.
