Hello all! I recently purchased a Pro star 200 V2 from Fish tanks direct. I foolishly scheduled the delivery for Saturday, knowing if I had any issues I would have little support from the seller or manufacturer. Upon setting it up unwrapping the entire thing and about to begin leveling it...I opened the bottom of the cabinet and the sump had a huge crack right where the shipping bracket was holding it down. I called Pro Clear directly their call center is closed...obviously being sunday, emailed Fish Tanks Direct and submitted a help ticket. If I only have 24 to report any damages am I just screwed?
