Fishes to a 28 gallon tank

Hi, I am looking for fish to my first salt water tank (28g), after a couple days searching I made a list, but I am not sure it is good...

1 or 2x Clown Fish
1x Royal Gramma (but I would prefer a Pseudochromis Bicolor)
1x Pyjama Wrasse
1x Mandarinfish (Afraid to put it because it can only be added after at least 6 months, and with this time I fear the Royal Gramma or the Pseudochromis Bicolor will bully it)
2x Blenny (or 1x Blenny and 1x Goby)
1x Medium fish (Not decided yet, but I would like a fish that swims the entire aquarium)

2 Amphiprion ocellaris clowns and no other type these stay smaller for clowns and less aggressive
Tailspot Blenny
2-3 Rainfordi goby
Mandarin goby
Gold cleaner goby
Blue cleaner goby
Order 1000 copepods and 100 amphioods

Good possibility gramma becomes territorial
Stay away if you want the other fish is my recommendation.
And for a fish that swims all across the tank you’ll have plenty of that with all of these fish.
A 28 gallon is a little small for any other larger fish
Maybe add an addition a couple of cleaner goby gold and yellow together
And two Rainfordi goby will interact with each other well.

These are all fish that I currently have in my system and you can see them all swimming around. These are what I recommend for clowns in a smaller tank.

Here is my Yasha goby, which would also make a good tank mate for the fish I recommended. Also, you can see my tailspot blenny make an appearance.

List looks good to me.

The only fish I’ve ever seen bother a Mandarin was a second male, but yes, down the road, very easy add later.
