You know if you clean them really good theirs a product at Home Depot that allows to to paint or stain the original color or close to it . I’ve used it and it’s awesome !!Good...it was uneventful...just the way I like it. Yes I think it is and no it doesn’t peel off as long as you clean it well

I think it’s call grout renew and they also sell a bottle with a wheel affixed to it for application
I think Lowe’s has one as well and it’s called Mapel which is also good . I think that Floor and Decor also carries the mapel as well.
