Update: the fish being treated with Cupramine are doing fantastic. No signs of disease and all of them are eating like champions! All 3 angels love frozen and flake, and will eat from my fingers now.

The new sohal tang has also settled in much better in his 20 gallon long quarantine, and is chowing down on frozen, flake, pellets, and live caulerpa.

Picked up an awesome upgrade today for an amazing deal. Needs a good cleaning, but I'll get it all fixed up. 180 gallon 6x2x2 acrylic and a 4x1.5x1 glass sump. Acrylic is drilled and has 2 built in overflows.

Well, came home today and the regal angel is almost dead. Spinning and swirling in the water, unable to balance, and colors are faded. Yesterday it was still eating, although not as well as it had been. I honestly don't think it will make it through the night. If it passes, I will be opening it up to do a necropsy and see if I can see what happened.

The rest of the fish in the tank seem completely fine. I did a 25% water change anyways, just in case, but the angel continues to decline. I did put some eggcrate in to separate the regal from the other angels, as it was the boss of the 3, and I didn't want them to try and beat it up while it's down.

Well, the regal was still alive this morning and after coming home from work, but lost a large amount of muscle rapidly (48 hrs) from behind the eyes and through the body. It was unable to swim or balance and was being tossed by the current and getting stuck in the rocks. I made the decision to euthanize and do a necropsy. The heart looked fine, gills were a little pale, but the liver was atrophied and was basically just yellow mush. I am assuming this was a cyanide collected fish.

All the other fish are continuing to do well. Eating, growing, great coloration, and active and alert fish.
