Flame angel scratch

I just noticed what I think is a scratch on my Flame angel. I thinking probably from swimming in and out of the live rock. Just wondering if there is anything I should do and if it could be anything else. New at this so any help will be greatfull.

Tried for better pic but I think he is getting ready for bed not coming out much right now will get better one tomarrow

Did notice it looks like where what looks like scratch is swelled up like knot

I see no signs of ich on that fish. Scratch is nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on him and let us know if it gets worse.

I have a flame and have seen similar "scratches" near the head from trying to get in tight places for sponges. If you have sponges growing in your tank that could be the case, especially if it seems swelling is evident.

Keep a eye out, marine ich sucks.
