Are these slow growing , fast?

How long might it take a 2" sub adult male Mcoskers to get its full colors?

It depends on what you mean by full colors. Most photos of beautiful flasher wrasse are when they’re flashing. They don’t do this very often.

I’d say within a year or two you could see terminal male colors.

Yeah, there's lot of variables that can't really be known in those questions. Roughly, I'd expect a juvi to reach adult size within 2 years. As for coloration, that's trickier - as it could faster or slower than that, and possibly never for that matter.
