My first order from floridapets was for pods. They came through the mail super fast in great condition. I got a few skeleton shrimp in there. That was really cool, I had never even heard of them. And the packaging was very unique. I had never seen foil wrapped styrofoam. It worked extremely well. My second order was for pods, turtle grass, and ghost shrimp. This package unfortunately was lost in the mail not once but twice in the same trip. took an extended amount of time to get to me. but to prove their shipping is very effective, the pods and shrimp were alive and kicking as if they were shipped only yesterday. the turtle grass was a little worse for ware but I think it will still survive. this was at no fault to the company, & I was perfectly happy with my order. I had kept them updated as to what was going on. not only did they express concern for my package and offered to set up a new shipment before I even received the first, but after I said that I was satisfied they said for me to monitor the turtle grass and they would replace it if necessary. much more than any other company has done for me. as if that was not enough, I was a little upset that I did not receive skeleton shrimp in my order which were not promised. the owner offered to let me know and send me some when they were in stock. by far the best experience I have had with a vendor. I think I will try a manderin next as my male needs a wife. thank you floridapets
