Flow and sediments

I need help with flow in my 160 gallon deep reef tank. The return and overflow are on the same end of the tank I have a gyre bar and also 2 power heads in the tank and I am having trouble getting the sediment to go down the drain. Just wondering how I can fix my flow to accomplish this. I can’t stand seeing specs of stuff floating in the water. Flow bar is across from the overflow wondering if it should be in the same end. I think what makes it hard is that the return and overflow are on the same end

I have redone my rocks to create better flow through them and my waver is at the other en since this picture I also have a lot more coral in it
