flow for my tank

I setup a 36 x 24 x 20 mixed reef tank. IT has 1 drain and 2 3/4 inch returns. I am going to be using a tunze silence return pump 1073.040. That I bought used. I am wonderin which powerheads to go with, I cant decide If I want to ditch my vortechs and get tunze, or just sell my mp40 and get another vortech mp10wes. Any suggestions? If I went tunze, which powerheads should I get. I have an apex so I wouldnt need a controller for the tunze.

How many gallons is the tank and how many gph do you figure you'll have from your return pump including head loss?

If it were me I'd stick with the MP40. I shoot for 80x turnover.
