Would this combination of pumps and filters be sufficient for a 60g long ?

Two 400 gph powerheads, one at each end facing other end. Have wavemaker to alternate the two.
One 400 gph HOB power filter
One HOB skimmer/filter combine, approx 100 gph

There is no room for a sump in this setup, so everything must be HOB

For a fish only or a softy tank it might work...However, I use hydor nano pumps for my 20g qts and they are around 400gph and really don’t move much water. I am not sure they will be sufficient in a 60g tank to be honest. Others may have better input, just my experience. Best of luck
