Flower anemone abnormal behavior

I have 3 flower anemones in the tank, all were doing fine. One recently has been having episodes of shriveling up and then blossoming over and over, I thought it was dying because the mouth was opened and color changed so I did a water change and it quickly changed its appearance and blossomed again. then it detached from its spot, looked shriveled again but then blossoms again, the end also swells up and it shrivels towards the flower, it’s still not attached to anything. last night I notice white smoke like being released and It seemed to be releasing sperm, this morning it was releasing white smoke like substance again but also releasing white gunk from its mouth… not sure if the anemone is spawning or hanging on for dear life lol… help
