I'm a bit confused by these directions:

https://bluelifeusa.com/

It says "Filter socks are recommended to aid in cleaning the aquarium.", but then it says "Caution: All UV and Mechanical Filtration SHOULD be suspended/turned off during the course of medication. UV renders many medications inactive and mechanical filtration removes it from the water before it has a chance to work."

So, remove socks or not? Or remove socks for the first 72 hours an then put them back in?

The socks are ok, I think they are more so talking about skimmers. When I use flux rx I turn off my skimmer for 3 days and also turn off my carbon reactor. The instructions for reef flux is the same thing as flux rx
