Food under sand

I have what looks like little holes under the sand, I think it looks like food pellets stuck under, what do I do to remove and or prevent?

You're posting a lot of questions about completely normal "new tank" things. I would assume what you are asking about here is just new sand settling. If you want, you can stir it a little or use a turkey baster to move it and help it settle. Please read the article I linked in your other thread... It will give you a lot of good info. There are also other great sticky threads at the top of this forum (actually they are on most of the forums, but the "new to saltwater" one is the best place to start.)
