Foods that help balan Po4 and No3

Hello fellow reefers,

I am looking to lower Po4 and balance the No3 in my system. I am looking for foods that may help. Can anyone suggest some fish foods that add less Po4 and help increase No3. I have to dose No3 to keep detectable numbers and I have to fight to keep my Po4 bellow .2. My target on Po4 is .04-.06.

My suggestion is you try live foods. Chopped calms or live on the half shell depending on your fish. Live white and black worms.
Also GFO will work if you choose to use it.
