What tong/grabbers are you using? I would like a decent pair that last longer than a few months.

I use a snake grabber. It’s about 4 ft long. Be sure to rinse it in fresh water and dry it or the pivot pin and spring will rust. Works on snakes too, when neighbors have an issue. You become their hero.

Haven't thought of snake tongs. Definitely pass on the handling of snakes, respect them but also terrified lol.
