Foundation Pro ALK test off?

I'm using this test kit for the first time, but my readings seem extremely low. I measured .35 (did the test twice... rinsed with tank water) of titrant used.. .65 ml left in the syringe. All my corals are doing great, but I have added a lot of frags recently. Using RS Blue bucket salt.

Is it possible the reagent is not good or am I doing something wrong? It was a brand new package... KH titrant expires 11/20.
