Best bet is to wait until hes sleeping to catch and very gently remove what you can. You could shut lights off now and check in 30-60 minutes. I think they can usually dislodge it over time but thats quite a bit

I can't tell from the video... Does he seem to be upset/trying to get the glue off? I agree with the others that waiting to see if it falls off is your best bet for now, UNLESS he's so agitated that he might hurt himself...

How long ago did this happen?

Hes a bit irritated
I would try to make him as comfortable/calm as possible. If that means turning the lights down early today, then do that. Honestly, if you cannot easily catch him, then you have no choice but to wait for the glue to fall off on its own. He will be fine if he's unable to eat for a day or 2.

When u say the piece falls off? Does that means even the one inside his mouth? Because he tried to ear and cant ear. His whole mouth shut

Yes, I mean all of it. And his mouth isn't completely closed/blocked if he's still breathing.

Have you ever gotten super glue on your skin and just waited for it to come off rather than trying to remove it? Same principle here.

And as I said, if you can't catch him, what choice do you have but to wait?

I agree, if he can breath the best thing to do is wait.

The OP is more likely to harm the fish trying to catch the fish and remove the glue.

It will most likely fall off in a day or two
