I've got a few of these six packs ready to go - zoanthids, encrusting hard corals, and LPS, including some of my favorites. These are well healed (>1 month) frags, with multiple polyps per frag (similar to those shown in the photos below, which are some of the frags for sale).
Shipping - I ship these frags individually labeled and doubled bagged inside protective cups. All frags are packed in an insulated box with a heat pack. By default, I ship zoanthids with USPS Priority mail (2 days to almost any location). Hard corals I ship by FedEx Standard Overnight (which accounts for the higher price of these packs). I will look into shipping times for your location prior to shipping and we can discuss options.
Guaranteed to arrive alive - my DOA guarantee is pretty simple. If the corals are dead when they get to you, I will refund the cost of any dead corals, regardless of the cause.
Refunds will be pro-rated to the total cost of the package minus shipping costs (charged at $15 for Priority Mail and $40 for FedEx). For any DOA claims on zoanthids, I ask the buyer to (1) give them 24-48 hours in your QT or DT to open up before you decide they are dead, and (2) please send a reasonably well focused photo of any dead corals. For any DOA claims on hard corals, I ask for a well focused photo of any dead corals in the original packaging within 4 hours of arrival.
