Frag Tank Questions

here is the tank 20g long

the filter is a penguin 350 and light is a dual 55w 50/50 power compact. my questions are is the filter too big and also if softies are on the rack will it be too much light. rack is about 4-6" away from light. no skimmer. any other ideas would be appreciated.

Nice! In my opinion the filter is not too large and it looks like you will have good flow. If you plan to have mainly softies, I would lower your frag rack. By the time your frags grow out a little bit they will be close to the water level.
