Frag tank t5 recommendations

Currently using tek 4bulb 24inch t5 light with 2x blue plus 1x aqua blue special and 1x Fiji purple.. this is my frag tank. Its a 20g long converted into a Allin one tank. Has a set up like a.bio cube. Also use a hob filter to. What is the best combo for growth/color I know now its really on the blue side to say the least.. I use all ati bulbs thanks

Instead of the Fiji purple I would use a ATI Purple Plus or a Coral Plus

I have used all ATI blue plus with good results. :)

The blue plus put out a good par and have a good spectrum. I like a really blue tank so I went with all blue plus. I think the coral plus is more around the 10,000k temp, or even a little lower making it more yellow. So one of those would be a good addition to three blue plus if you want an even more full spectrum.

I would also not run the purple. Not that it isn't a good bulb but I am not sure how much it adds (I haven't looked it up)

I'm running 3 blue plus and a coral plus and I love my results all colors are bright and get good growth too just keep ur alk high and ur corals will grow like weeds

F to B:
Blue+
Blue+
Purple+ or Aquablue Special
Blue+
With a 4 bulb I prefer only 1 white bulb..
Purple+ will give crisp blue with a tint of red. (20k)
Aquablue will give crisp blue with a tint of yellow. (18k) HTH.

I like the combo with the aquablue 18k look jmo (but both scenerios seem fine)

all right well i am going to take the purple out and add a 3 rd blue plus so it be 3x blue plus 1x aqua blue special. the color and growth are decent now but i just was thinking that purple didnt really do much and was a waste of space with only 4 bulbs
