Is this a good tank to start fragging ?

Yes! But it is always better to check them in person if you have LFS around you so you know the basic size of these tanks and can literally purchase everything at the store. In my opinion these are great choices.

I have seen them in person but not at a LFS. Would it be ok to use a XR15 G6 and XR15 G5 lights on it?

I do not know that much about this part, but those 2 lights should be able to cover the whole tank, it also depends on what type of corals you are trying to grow.

I do not know that much about this part, but those 2 lights should be able to cover the whole tank, it also depends on what type of corals you are trying to grow.

I think you will be fine with those two lights if you are wanting to keep lps!
