Yup. But they're delicate use some bone cutters for a clean cut. If you use your hand you will probably break off a bunch of branches accidentally while trying to snap the one you want.

Bone cutters are a great investment. My stainless ones are over 7 years old.
Rinse well after each use while opening/closing repeatedly and stand up/hang to dry.
Sure beats a rusty set of wire cutters ;)
